The Classic Security key holder service provides you with peace of mind and the reassurance that all access to your property will be managed safely and securely. We can hold the keys for your properties and can attend the site to facilitate access for authorised purposes, whenever you request it. Classic Security are also used to assisting the police escort people on and off premises and will always ensure the security of the building afterwards.
From our 24-hour Response Centre, we provide remote access management to secure premises. This allows you the flexibility to have managed access for unoccupied premises or specific areas of sites or buildings, especially during the night or early mornings. We can do this either via simple pass codes provided over the phone, or in conjunction with CCTV monitoring.
We also offer a full range of car park services. These range from permanent on-site management or scheduled management, through to ad hoc site visits. The parking control methods we can employ include penalty notices and vehicle removal.
Another extension to our services is the Classic Security Help Desk. This provides emergency out-of-hours cover for our clients. For example, our help desk holds all the approved supplier and emergency contractor details for facilities management businesses and their tenants. In the event of an out-of-hours incident that requires immediate response, we will contact them and take appropriate action. You’ll be informed by phone, which is followed up by a help desk incident report. You can follow incidents by logging into the Client Portal of the help desk at any time.
