Most insurance companies insist that vacant properties are inspected regularly, and a report completed. Our inspection services include all internal and external aspects. We also include services such as checking water heaters, utilities use and power supplies. We will monitor any potential risks to your property as a result of fire, water and weather damage. And we check for abandoned or illegally parked vehicles, and fly tipping. We can then arrange for the disposal of both and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
We agree a schedule of regular inspections with you to meet your requirements. After each inspection, we send you a clear and accurate inspection report in real time, via our reporting system, the F5 Tablet.
If any problems are found, they’re addressed immediately, and you can read or download all your reports at any time by logging in to the Client Portal.
The F5 Tablet is a robust, purpose-built system that allows our inspector to record the status of a building against a pre-agreed insurance-conforming checklist. This highlights issues that require addressing and, through a ‘traffic light system’ (red, amber, green), allocates a priority to each item.
The built-in camera means we can take photographs and send these to you with the report. All reports are sent via a 3G or Wi-Fi connection, meaning you can act immediately or instruct us in respect of any issues.
